Enviro-Mate®T is highly refined to maintain a tight caliper range for the use in e-passport construction. At only 332 +/- 17.5 microns, it is noted for its stiffness, has outstanding dimensional stability for sheet processing, and will accept heat-lamination processing up to 180°C. It has a cotton drill construction with an aqueous acrylic coating and it’s been proven to deboss exceptionally well. It is approved for conversion on Kugler, UNO, and Ruhlamat passport manufacturing equipment.
