Enviro-Mate®H
Enviro-Mate®H has been refined to maximize passport durability. With a cotton drill construction and an aqueous acrylic coating, it runs extremely well on Kugler, Ruhlamat, or UNO passport equipment. Additionally, it can withstand up to 180°C during foil and inlay lamination. Enviro-Mate® H differs from Enviro-Mate® T in caliper microns, it sits at 350 +/- 35 microns and noted for its stiffness. This product has been proven to deboss exceptionally well.
Enviro-Mate®T
Enviro-Mate®T is highly refined to maintain a tight caliper range for the use in e-passport construction. At only 332 +/- 17.5 microns, it is noted for its stiffness, has outstanding dimensional stability for sheet processing, and will accept heat-lamination processing up to 180°C. It has a cotton drill construction with an aqueous acrylic coating and it’s been proven to deboss exceptionally well. It is approved for conversion on Kugler, UNO, and Ruhlamat passport manufacturing equipment.
Secure-Mate®
Secure-Mate® is a pyroxylin coated, cotton drill cloth that runs extremely well on Kugler, Ruhlamat, and UNO passport equipment. Additionally, it can withstand up to 180°C during foil and inlay lamination. Secure-Mate® stands out in tensile strength at 381/210. This product has also been proved to deboss exceptionally well.
Secure-Mate®L
Secure-Mate® L is a lighter weight version of our premium Secure-Mate® product. The cotton is of a lighter weight, while the same premium pyroxylin coating as used on Secure-Mate® is applied. Secure-Mate® L runs extremely well on Kugler, Ruhlamat, and UNO passport equipment. Additionally, it can withstand up to 180°C during foil and inlay lamination.
Data-Mate®MW
Data-Mate® MW is a 13 pt latex saturated paper cover which contains synthetic fiber for strength and reinforcement. The product is coated with Holliston high-quality acrylic coatings. As with all our products, Data-Mate® products perform extremely well on Kugler, Ruhlamat, and UNO passport equipment. Additionally, it can withstand up to 180°C during foil and inlay lamination.
Data-Mate®HD
Data-Mate®HD is a 17pt latex-saturated paper cover, which contains synthetic fiber for strength and reinforcement. The product is coated with Holliston high-quality acrylic coatings. As with all our other security products, Data-Mate® products perform extremely well on Kugler, Ruhlamat, and UNO passport equipment. Additionally, it can withstand up to 180°C during foil and inlay lamination.
